Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Shiftly. If you're not, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle (our Merchant of Record). You can request a refund in either of these ways:
- Visit paddle.net using the email you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@shiftly.appand we'll forward the request to Paddle.
Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing in the app. You'll keep paid access through the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancellation alone is not a refund — request a refund separately if you want one.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We can almost always resolve issues directly and faster.
